Clear answers, before you commit

Radilink works only with corporate clients: we would be the most useful to international businesses making and receiving cross-border payments in different currencies.

USD, EUR, AED and SGD as core currencies, with over 30+ currencies available on request depending on the corridor. USDC and USDT are supported as a settlement instrument. If you require another settlement instrument, please ask: coverage is driven by client demand.

T0 (same business day) or T+1 (next business day) on our core corridors. The actual timing is determined by: the cut-off time for the corridor, completion of compliance checks, and the beneficiary bank's own processing time. First payments on a new account can take longer while your payment profile is being established.

No subscription fee. You pay per transaction: a transfer fee plus FX margin if applicable, both set out in a fee schedule agreed for your currencies, corridors and volumes. You see the exact FX rate and fee before you confirm each payment, we keep it simple and transparent.

As a part of the onboarding procedure we would require incorporation documents, ownership information including ultimate beneficial owners with over 25% control, identification for shareholders and directors, and a description of your business model and expected payment flows: typical counterparties, corridors and volumes.

Every payment passes sanctions screening and transaction monitoring. In addition, we may ask for the payment purpose and supporting documents. Client’s profile is subject to regular review as per our internal policies.

You see the status of each payment at every stage from your dashboard, with a reference on every transfer.

No. We are a registered payment service provider: we execute payments and currency conversions, and we do not take deposits or provide credit. How client funds are held and safeguarded is set out in our Terms of Service.
